With its global reach and location in the heart of New Orleans, the Freeman School has a truly diverse culture. The school partnered with Converge to define key brand attributes and develop a cutting-edge web design that showcases their unique story.

Our partnership with the Freeman School spanned 18 months. We collaborated with the Tulane team in several campus visits, board presentations, faculty interviews and student focus groups to build consensus and excitement for the new website and brand messages.

Through focus groups and user testing with key internal stakeholders, Converge helped the Tulane Freeman team identify four key brand pillars to own throughout their messaging.

- Globally Local features Freeman’s unique focus on international business.
- Influential Networks are the connections and opportunities that Freeman provides.
Responsive Web Templates
The new freeman.tulane.edu website includes refreshed content and eight new templates with responsive framework built out in the Freeman School’s chosen CMS, Drupal.
The Converge team worked closely with Freeman’s webmaster and their Drupal contact to ensure seamless implementation and customized modules that worked within their iteration.
Compelling Faculty Profiles
Converge visited the Freeman team in New Orleans to conduct over 90 faculty interviews. The two-day visit allowed faculty members to weigh in on the layout of the newly designed profile pages and provide information about their backgrounds.
The result was an innovative approach to faculty bios that capture more than resumes and publications—they tell a story that resonates with prospective students.

After partnering on the website and brand project, Freeman recruited Converge to work with their Admissions team on several print brochures.
The creative for Freeman’s Summer Business Institute, Career Center and Graduate Programs brochure was designed with the new brand attributes and style guidelines. These tools are now cornerstones of Freeman’s recruitment collateral.
