The Digital Account Manager is a client-facing role that strategizes, implements and manages search, display, social and retargeting digital advertising campaigns that engage prospective students. DAMs are frontline client communicators that keep the momentum moving on projects and bring new and next ideas to the table.
The Digital Advertising Strategist position requires a background in digital advertising (ex. PPC, Display, & social media advertising). Strategists spend their days maximizing ad spend, optimizing campaigns and looking for innovative ways to engage prospects across every channel.
A Content Strategist is a natural storyteller with digital expertise and a frequenter of all things SEO and Inbound Marketing. At Converge, Content Strategists are trusted to independently execute content strategy based on client business objectives and end-user needs. The Content Strategist is also responsible for overseeing content requirements and creating content strategy deliverables (including content audits, content development, freelancer management, SEO analyses, personas, messaging, email marketing, style guides, ad copy, content migration plans and editorial calendars) across a project life cycle.
