As Converge's President & Co-Founder, Jay provides strategic vision and leadership for the company. He also leads the business development efforts as well as client relationships.
Bachelor of Arts from Rowan University, Change Management Certificate from Cornell University.
Jay has spent most of his career working on Madison Avenue helping develop brands like Ford Motor Company and Nissan Motors.
He loves the mission of Higher Education, and is excited to continue to help some of the best colleges and universities in the world.

I am a Tony Robbins devotee. I love his take on success and living a fulfilled life. It’s simple to remember that we all need to be curious to learn and grow, but it’s so much easier to put things in our life on auto-pilot. Especially if they are working.
