Empowered by the latest emerging trends in marketing and technology, Converge Consulting connects the next generation of learners with best-fit institutions and programs. The digital agency for higher education has hosted marketing conferences dating back to 2014, starting in Nashville and New Orleans and, most recently, in Palm Springs. The conferences bring together over 200 marketing and communication professionals from higher education institutions across North America.

Registration for Converge 2019 in Atlanta officially opens this week, and Converge has partnered with SimpsonScarborough to design a best-in-class program. The 2019 schedule includes speakers from leading education brands like University of Virginia, Emory University, American University, NC State University, as well as innovative tech companies like Switchboard, TrackMaven and Snapchat. The firms are also collaborating on a new track specifically for higher education leaders.

The Education Thought Leadership track includes speakers from the higher education realm and the New & Next track spotlights the latest emerging mar-tech trends and innovations from other industries. With these updates and the collaboration with SimpsonScarborough, Converge 2019 will deliver presentations focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and humanizing data; integrated marketing communications and brand experience in the EDU space; Google Data Studio dashboard reporting and campaign monitoring; as well as predictions on the future of higher education marketing from today’s top CMOs.

To translate the latest innovations from industry to higher education, Converge 2019 has signed Allen Gannett, CEO of TrackMaven, as the closing keynote for the conference.  TrackMaven is a marketing insights company that delivers technology and expertise to prove the value of social media and improve campaign performance. Gannett is a Forbes 30 Under 30 entrepreneur, marketing analytics guru and author of “The Creative Curve: How to Develop the Right Idea, at the Right Time.” He will share research from his latest book, applying the concept of left and right brain thinking to marketing strategies.
